Well the weather was nice a few weeks back and I got all excited and insured the ride. Took it out and tested my new side pipes---awesome. Now the weather is turned and it is back to garage show'n shines. Because I got the bug I was spending time in the gargae looking for things to do on the car. I ended up painting the inside of my sidepipes black. I left some chrome just on the very inside. It looks great, cleans up the inside portion that is not very shiny. Pics coming
not bad.... i took off my pulleys to get new ones....and then b4 u knew it..... the intake/brackets/fan are being powdercaoted and headers are off and i started to take the rear suspension apart for some new paint/clean up........

Sounds like you got a bad case of the "while I'm at it's". I had that last year. Just wanted to change the intake manifold gaskets. Ended up painting the pulleys, cleaning the intake and valve covers, putting new plug wires on with new seperators, wrapping the headers, painting all the bolts I was using and adding a carb spacer.
The correct enunciation is: "you b bored"
I no cause I got a good edumacation
I wasn't quite bored but had a little extra time so I dropped the spare tire cover and started cleaning it, used a wire brush attached to a drill to take the surface rust off the support bands, now I'm trying to decide whether to paint the whole thing (flat black) or just clean it up and put it back. Oh, and the spare had no air

yeah i figured that since i have to wait for pulleys and p-coat then i mine as well work on some other things...... still don't know what i'm gonna do with the rear steel spring....... might keep it black or paint it the anodized green that i'm doing the bolts/washers/spacer in.......
