Default Thinking About Purchasing From Fast Corvette .com ? Don't !!!!

Here Is A Story Of A Vette Parts Dist. Stating I Would Have My $3400.00 + - In Parts In Two Weeks But Six Weeks Later I Still Only Have About $ 1300.00 Worth Of Parts In My Hand. This Company Not Only Failed To Deliver The Parts In Two Weeks They Also Had The Nerve To Whack My Visa Card The Day The Order Was Placed. The $ 1300.00 Worth Of Parts Came After 4 Weeks And Was Told On Friday More Parts Were Shipped Last Week But The Order Is Still Not Complete. During The Last Two Weeks I Have Called Several Times To Check On The Status Of The Order And Was Told We Will Check And Call You Back, Well Quess What The Phone Calls Were Never Returned. The Sad Part Of The Story Is That They Could Not Even Deliver The Most Basic Of Parts That Other Supply Houses Stock. This Company Claims That They Race Corvettes And Sell Parts. Well In My Opinion This So Called Company Should Stay Out Of The Parts Bussiness And Stop Giving People A Time Frame That They Cannot Deliver. I Have Dealt With Several Other Parts Houses In The Last Several Monthes With Excellant Results And Have Never Had Any Company Charge Me For Parts Until They Were Shipped Out Of Their Warehouse. In Closing If Any Members Are Thinking About Purchasing From Fast Corvette .com Think Twice.

Thanks for the headsup. Wow It Takes Quite A Bit More Time To Capitalize The First Letter In Every Word.

I purchased from them a few years ago with no issues. My guess is that they now over promise and under achieve. Not the first company to forget that customer service and business integrity are the building blocks to success. Demand to speak to the owner.

I bought a 1 1/4 Front Sway Bar from them for a great price. It made a huge difference in handling and after 1 1/2 years it's still a pretty gold color. Also it got to my house in less than a week.

Too bad you didn't have the same luck, what all did you order for $3K?

It's not a good idea to put that much faith on one company on one order. I try to buy from all the different companies to see which ones I like the best. My favorite companies get the biggest orders. I've bought suspension products from VBP and Fast Corvette. My next purchase will be from Van Steel, that way I can compare.

My best suggestion is give our Forum supporting vendors an opportunity to quote your parts. The more other vendors see us using the current vendors, the more likely others will commit their support to our Forum.

Keep us posted with posts and pictures.....we love pictures.

I purchased some parts from them in the last two months and had no problems. Your experience seems unfortunate....

Very good people.
another vote for Mike and Debbie at classic corvette parts. they are the best people to deal with hands down! they also have the best prices. If you have questions Mike has lots of experience with corvettes and can answer your questions.

I never got an answer from them when I asked some questions, so I never bought anything. Their prices were good but if you can't answer questions, how is the tech support going to be.
