Hello,
Here is the procedure that I use.
kdf

I am using a web site called TINYPIC HOSTING. This is a free website that will help to post pictures in places like this.

here is the address: http://tinypic.com/

Here is what I do.
1. After I download my photos on my computer I then go to this website and use the browser to find my photo.
2. I then use the browse function to host a photo and create an internet address,
3. I copy the address that has this format:

..

4. I then post it in the Forum message
5. To make sure it will show up I use the PREVIEW POST button at the bottom of the reply thread.
6. If it looks ok, I will then SUBMIT REPLY.

Joe's not beating a dog, the phrase is beating a dead horse.

Try looking here

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=31

and the links at the top of the page regarding signing up and posting pics using photobucket.

Good luck

you might be able to do it from your computer, I cant. This is the way that I post, and its effective for me. If someone else has an alternative way that makes it easier for you, then I am hoping that they can add to this.

I know that there are several ways, and am always looking for better methods and alternatives. Hopefully you will get some advice on this and can start posting pics for us to see.

Until that time, this is all I can offer.

kdf

You can also use microsofts Image Resizer. This tool allows you to resize any image on your computer to any size you would like it to be. Just right click on the image and choose your size. I always use 640X480 for use on the forum.

Link To Microsoft Power Toys On the right hand side of the screen scroll down and you will see Image Resizer. Click and download the program.

Image Resizer This link should start the download for you. Give it a shot, it works pretty good.
