Modified / Custom the whole way... I bought my car to drive daily if choose to, have fun with and not worry if every little nut and washer are correct....

I have been on both sides of the spectrum.
I have a bone stock 94 with zero modifications.
I have 3, count 'em, 3 totally customized Maco Sharks.
It is sad that other people try to force thier opinions on you to say what is right or wrong. I talked with Larry Shinoda several times before he passed away and he loved my custom cars..... Aren't Motorama cars and concept cars customs?
Gets confusing. Too many fence jumpers. Like I have said many times. Do with them as you wish, just enjoy it for yourself, not what everybody else thinks.... as proven in this post, folks tend to switch from one side to the other.

I like to keep the body & interior original, but when it comes to the drivetrain & suspension ANYTHING GOES

It is your car, do what you want with it!

My '69 is a numbers matching vert that I have spent a ton of time collecting correct parts (and BTW, this never ends), but that does not mean that the car is an NCRS car. Could it be, yes, if I so choice to have it judged! BUT I HATE HAVING OTHER PEOPLE SPEND HOURS POURING OVER MY CAR TO TELL ME, EXACTLY WHAT I ALREADY KNOW, WHICH IS, ...WHAT IS NOT NCRS CORRECT. Just not what I want to do. I am a member of NCRS, and I highly recommend it to any Vette owner, just for the information that is available.

I personally like the look of the stock '69 BB. No one else has to, but I do. Now, my car has modifications on it that I am quite happy with. The original engine has been re-worked with things like, 30 over, 10.5/1 TRW pistons, blue printed & balanced, 3 angle valve job, Comp Cams Magnum 270H, Sig Erson roller rockers, 6AL MSD box with 6 grand chip (this item is hidden somewhat in the engine compartment). So, you can see that the internals are anything but stock.

I have made other non stock modifications that NCRS would take points away if I had it judged. But I didn't build it for them!

Build what you want, drive what you want, and modify it if you want, even if it is rare. IT'S YOURS, AND DON'T GIVE A DAMN WHAT ANYONE ELSE THINKS YOU SHOULD DO WITH IT BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T PAY FOR IT!

I don't want to run anything but stock rallys and fenders. I want to add an l-88 fornt spoiler though.

This upcoming NCRS meet in orlando I think I want to enter my car. I want one of those cool ncrs license plates.
