www.parrautomotive.com got some really nice cast aluminum chrome ball milled covers for 70 bucks.

very easy... just get a new set of gaskets while your at it. I'll take a half hour.

It's a Vette.....nothing is easy. I think it took me about 4-5 hours to do mine. I had to grind on the exhaust manifolds and remove all sorts of crap to shoe horn them in.
