need modifiction on 75 frame........
tryin to find a shop in or around the nyc area with someone skilled enough to modify my 75 frame REAR to fit 68-73 style rear bumper cover(bumper,tail lights etc.)........
in other words........i want a 73 style rear end on my 75 which we all know cannot happen withou proper modification............

You will need the last 16 or 18'' of the frame replaced. I did this with a 77 frame for my 73. The tail section for both frames are the same length just cut off and reweld, The older frame section will be 1/4'' to 3/8'' taller but with a little bending after the top and sides are welded the bottom can formed to look good. No need to remove the last mount all this happens after the mount. The only other advise would be to measure twice and cut once as well as useing a level. John
