68 Nose Emblem?
I have come across a 68 with the Crossed Flags emblem and below them is a bar. In the bar is "427 Turbojet"
It is made to fit the shape of the car. There are similar badges for fenders of Camaros I think, but this is a new one for me.

Sounds like a one-off add on by the owner. No such nose emblem ever came from the factory for the 68 427. The 66 427 had side fender flags with the 427 Turbo Jet inscribed below on a cast emblem.
