You dont have to post an avatar just upload it to corvettforum. The picture does need to be shrunk down to upload.

you should be able to go up to the quicklinks above and then select edit avatar...and browse to go find you picture on your computer

It needs to be no larger that 150 x 150 pixals

Here is a link to the free software that I use to resize my pics. You can make any pic you have on your computer any size you want it to be. It is by Microsoft and called Image Resizer. Just download the program and next time you want to resize any image on your computer, just right click on the image. In the box that pops up, click resize image. Then choose the custom size and tell the program what size you want the image to be and viola', you have a copy of the original image in your chosen size.

Link to microsoft webpage. Scroll down about half way of the page and on the right will be the link to Image Resizer.
