Default another swap meet part painted

forgot to grab the camera for the whole job but its just like the valve covers with primer, high heat silver ,high heat blue then the high heat clear.






tell me what you think of the timing pointer. after stripping and scrubbing it down i decided to tape off half of the pointer and leave it bare metal so i can see the marks

then untaped before clear coating the cover so it is protected.

Looking good

You could get really creative and tape off the timing marks and hit them with a reflective paint. I used one of those silver paint markers on mine and they light up like crazy when the timing light pulses.

i was thinking about doing just that. i have model paint and a extremely small brush.
