Default Friend Bought a Boxter.

Cost a bomb.

Looked at it and looked at my C3.

C3 looks way better to me.
Soon as I get the 383 sorted - gonna take him for a spin.
He did say my C3 was more comfy to sit in.

I have done a fair bit of work on Boxsters and 997 porsches. Haven't driven them over 15KMH but getting into and out of them is a real chore.
Good thing most have the memory package to move the seat back.

Yep, I have checked out a couple of them and thought the same thing. For the $$, I'll take the C3 anytime against almost any of the newer hardware out there. My GF has a 2002 firebird, I almost just have to roll out onto the driveway to get out of it. I am 6'1 240#

I had no trouble getting in and out of my '95 Z28... however I'm only 5'10.

The boxster is a girl's car! (my opinion) They are fun though. It is kind of like riding a moped or having sex with a fat chick. It's a blast till someone you knows sees you! My nieghbor sold his C5 last year and I saw him driving a new Boxster yesterday. I can not wait to give him hell. The funny thing is his wife drives a H3. Who wears the pants????????

OK guys. I'm not a big fan of Boxsters but why the girlie comments about it. We know the Carrera is more powerful, etc and costs more, but is the Boxster a chick's car?

I've always been a Porsche fan (even know how to pronounce it), and had a 944 a few years back. A Boxster is a cool little car, but definitely looks better on a chick than on a dude. A guy could maybe get away with driving a black one, but by and large, it's a chick car.

Henson, Congrats on the new cruise weight! I would be way skinny at that weight tho, I look and feel a lot better at 215. Can't drive a Rail Road Spike with a Tac Hammer ya know I was 48 in Jan, hope to be round a while longer.

Boxster is a nice car, and is not classified as a chick car. I'd take one.
