Question

For thoses with no heat or a/c what did you used to block the firewall and what did you used to fill where the control went in the console.

There is a controller for non a/c cars that replaces the controller for a/c car so there's nothing to fill. Not sure what you mean by "block the firewall." There should still be the heater blower and core. Do you have pics of the holes?

Just saw that you said no heat as well. Take it the core and blower were removed. You could cover it with fiberglass or even sheetmetal. Rivet it in and seal it. Even without the heater, I'd just leave the contoller in place so you don't have to worry about filling the hole.
