When GM was building the 82 Collector Edition,did they build them all at once or where they scattered along the assembly line?

As ordered. We know that on the basis of the VIN tag assignment which fell in the production sequence as the dealer sent in their orders. CEs are randomly distributed throughout the 1982 VIN series. The only differentiating identification is the model number used 1YY87 VS 1YY07 (Collector Edition Hatchback).
