how to replace alternator belt
can somebody help me I'm trying to put on a new belt for my alternator. The belt for my alternator snap and I don't know why. I know where the belt goes but I don't know how to put it on.

you have to remove the power steering pump belt first. Then loosen the bolt on the alt and slide it all the way over towards the center of the car. Slide the alt belt over the fan and hopefully you can get it on. If you don't have enough slack try taking the bolt all the way out of the alt and push the alt all the way until it hits the valve cover and slide the belt on.
