redline tires
anyone have suggestions on red line tires. the build sheet on my 1969 427/390 shows redline tires. i want the original look but also a quality ride.

Coker tire has BF goodrich radial TA with a red line. Probably the best (if not only) choice without going to repro bias plys, which ride horribly!

coker makes them in radials. I alwyas think having the right tire for the era looks cool. If yours was supposed to have redlines I think you should put them on.

I have a set of repro bias ply redlines (Came with the car) and they do ride horribly.
Go with the redline radials that are available.

I have Coker Red Lines on my 63. I would recommend Diamond Backs.

My boss just put Coker redlines radials on his 68 Corvette. They ride and handle great.
