I love Summit, they've always accepted my oily broken parts for full refunds. No questions asked. Awesome customer service.

Also, those Brodix heads flow better than most Dart heads. Depending on which Dart heads you were referring to of course. http://chevyhiperformance.com/techar...98/index6.html

Summit carries way more parts than are in their catalog or on line. I find that I have to call to get the real goodies.

I am however and Equal Oppertunity Parts Purchaser (EOPP)

Gotta give them some props...I placed an order last night online for my 1/2" wheel studs. Today I realized that ES was now making their poly body mount cushions in red, and that Summit had them. After finally getting in touch with customer service (both order and CS lines were busy for quite a while), they added the mount cushions to my previous order, no problem. Gotta love helpful people!

Ditto what everybody else sez....Summit Racing is such a professional operation that they make everybody else look disgusting by comparison. I've been using them for over 15 years now and I've never had anything that even remotely approaches a bad experience with them. On my just-completed four-speed conversion they sourced the shifter and clutch; the cheapest I'd seen an OEM-type clutch from any Vette supplier sell for was $189, I bought a Zoom piece (clutch/press. plate, T/O bearing, & pilot bushing) from Summit for $89. At my house the next day. And it works beautifully. About 12-13 yrs. ago I bought an RCI fuell cell for my race car from them, it wasn't in stock so they back-ordered it. 45 days later they still hadn't gotten it so (without even asking) they sent me this beautiful black satin 'Summit Racing' jacket thet sold for about $90 in their catalog. FREE. The only BAD thing about Summit is that they singlehandedly put every corner speed shop in America out of business, so if they ever go under we'll ALL be in trouble!!

They're great, especially cause of the Nevada ship point. I ordered stuff in the afternoon, and got it the next day at lunch.

If Summit carries the Brand name your looking for, just not the right part number for your Vette, give them a call .... a lot of the time they will drop ship it to your door directly from the company in a few days. However, for Vette only companies (i.e. restoration stuff) I think your out of luck.

I was shopping for a Trailor hitch for a Kia Sportage. Wasn't listed on line or in the catolog. I called, the guy said, "We are a huge parts store, you could build an entre car with what we've got here. Tell me what you want and I'll get it for you." Got me the hitch at a big savings !! I've returned parts that I've had over a year, no penelty, no argument. Recently a buddy got into trouble going from a two piece seal block to a one piece, in regard to an aluminum flywheel. Used a new one on the two piece for a few months, then complained that it would not work on his new one piece,NOT AT ALL Summits fault. They split the DEALERS cost with him !!

I bought side pipes, headers and mufflers from them a while back, but my "work in progress" was not ready for them until now. They were defective. Summit gave me a full refund, NO HASSLE!!!! I wish some of the the Vette suppiliers I have used were half as good. Two thumbs up for Summit!
