Default Summit customer service.....

....gets an A-1 rating!
Had to send back the Dart heads I purchased for an exchange, but this morning got an e-mail saying since they are a special-order item, they won't be ready till mid-July!
Of course, that ain't gonna work, I want to get this pig back on the road, so I went with Plan B and ordered up the Brodix IK200's.
The rep was very helpful and got me set up in about ten minutes time. There was even a partial refund, which I used for head and intake gaskets!
Summit had no problem trading one make head for another. I was informed they will arrive in a few days from Georgia, so I can plan on bolting them on and being back on the road, after my radiator(dewitts) and carb(windsoreight) get here
Thanks Summit!

I too, have always had excellent customer service from Summit. Bought a set of Cragar SS wheels from them and 2 of them were warped and they overnighted 2 more and had a call tag sent for the warped wheels.

Even being in the military and living in Germany, I get most orders within 4-7 business days.

The few times I called them regarding a question I had about a part, the staff has always been knowledgable and eager to help.

Even though you might be able to find some parts slightly cheaper somewhere else, the slight price difference is more than made up for in excellent service!

That's great to know. Summit opened recently here in Ga. and it seems like I'm up there every 2 or 3 weeks. Last month, I had a set of wheels and tires mounted and they stayed open an extra 2 hours to make sure they were mounted and balanced correctly because they were having trouble getting the bead to seat on low profile tires. Very very helpful. Only downside is now I pay 7% sales tax!
BTW - 682XLR8,
Did you get your intake bolt angle problems resolved due to excessive machining?

Yep, they are the benchmark for customer service. Order the part today, it's in my garage tomorrow. Doesn't get much better than that. Wish they sold Vette parts.

They carry plenty of Vette parts. They just don't list most of them in the catalog. Try the online catalog, you might be surprised.
