Friggin' A...I know the heat out in Santee was climbing this morning as I left for work...90+ out there today, and I'm not looking forward to tomorrow when I got roped into helping a friend of a friend move.

yeh but it's a dry heat! Try 97 degrees with 95% humidity. Fells like 150!

109 here today in Chandler (Phoenix area), and looking at 110 for tomorrow. Needless to say I won't get much garage time in, but will be in the pool a lot

Heh...I went to a car show at the Pavilions/Best Buy parking lot out there once, in July...Walk outside in that heat and the breath just feels like it's being beat out of you. I sat outside for about 2 hours, sucked down 3 quarts of water in that time before finally going to find A/C and the misting stations that are popular out there.

I just hope that the heat wave that's moving through the SD area will be dry, and not have a high humidity.

Got a break here in Tucson, 93 and thunderstorms. It should have been about 106 today.

That Pavillions/McDonalds cruise night happens every Saturday night. The attendance goes down as the heat rises but there are always lots of cars there on Sat night (year round). I just might try and tough it out tomorrow night and check it out, haven't been out there in a few months. Can't wait to get one of my projects to the point where I can join the "show"

I'll give you one guess. Fraggin' rainin!!!!! I'm about ready to paint my car bright yellow and get the license tag RUBRDUK and drive it every day! I'm sick and tired of prayin' for sun so I can take the car out of the garage...

50-55 is the temp. Not too bad if it would just stop rainin...

It hit 100 in Temecula today. Finished putting my freshly-rebuilt M20 back in my Vette this morn., charged the AC (didn't work) and took it out for a cruise at about 1 pm. Burnt my AZZ but who cares? Picked up my 12-year-old son from school in it a little later and all them little girls were just starin' at him.....

I also seem to remember a lot of clucking in December.

Beautiful weather here today. Perfect for a cruise...

I don't know how folks can stand to live where you can't go outside in the summer. I understand a lot of their cars and houses have to have air conditioning!! How do they pay the utility bills??
