In SEATTLE it was mid to high fifties, rain and wind. Even had a thunderstorm go thru. Not much better for the weekend. Can't wait to get to Peoria AZ.

That's just about right!

It's about 11:00 pm and I just got back from a nice long cruise with the wife. Had to wait this late before we could put the top down 'cause it's still 94 degrees out there.

See the picture of Rich's place at Xmas time? That's what it's like.....all the time.

Z-man, you're right. Everybody has A/C in their homes here. We'd die without it. Utility bills aren't that bad. Think of it this way: When it's snowing in the mid-west in December nobody stands out in their front yards and feezes. They're in their nice heated houses or cars or offices. It's the same here, we're just in our air conditioned houses, cars or offices. Heating bill in the winter is almost nil 'cause winter is in the 70's.

BLUSHARK & rdog, I feel your pain guys....I'm a Queen Anne Hill native and Ballard, Edmonds, 1st Ave. in Seattle, North Bend and even Bellingham too! I know it's the 2nd of June so there was a pretty good chance it was raining
Sorry my wet Bro's but hang in there, those 3 or 4 sunny days in August are just around the corner!

Did you watch Rich Marriott this morning? They changed the forecast. It's supposed to be 72 and it's sunny right now! Unfortunately, this means yard work for me. If you see a white Ford F150 hauling sand around Kenmore, give me a wave from your coupe!

50-55 is the temp. Not too bad if it would just stop rainin...

Tell the Native Americans up there to stop doing their rain dances.

High of 99 here in Riverside, CA. Took the '82 for a jaunt today figured I'd test the cooling system, had the air on all the way, temp got to 210-215 sitting in traffic, back down to 202 or so on the freeway, she done good.

I wondered why you had asked about Seattle...makes sense now. Actually today it was sunny almost all day and just perfect to drive the vette to a car show. Was nice. About 10 c3 entries. There were obviously 99,000 c5/c6 there. It was hard to tell what cars were involved in the show and which ones were dealer inventory. A few customers started opening doors only to find out it was a show car. Hilarious!

So far it's been nice here. Since I got the car in March I've had about 10 opportunities to drive her, and haven't passed one of them up. You know how it is. 38 straight days of rain sometimes. Gotta enjoy the good days when they come.

I played football for Queen Anne High School as a freshman, and then they closed the school. I had dreams of moving to sunny Arizona after college but they never materialized. Good to know someone escaped to the sun!
