I don't think that you'll have any regrets. Did the same over the winter and am enjoying the 2004R very much.

I was just wondering, I have a 1969 350,300hp with origanal automatic trans, When you swap out your old and replace with the 200r4 is this a easy swap? Direct replacement or is there modifing? Where did you get the new trans from?

one of the best moves i ever did was to put in an OD tranny, i used the 700r4 but you will enjoy the 2004r for sure!!!! then to steeroids and you will be all set!
