Check for leaking calipers or bad master cylinder.
1.18 is too thin to turn again, but won't cause your symptoms. My recommendation is Raybestos from your friendly parts store.
You can waste your money ($60 each) on slotted/drilled if you really want,
or get flat ones (PG Plus) for about $30 each.
I shouldn't say waste your money, as the slotted ones WILL look good.

inspect rotors... uneven wear, looks like no contact in middle of rotor
Checked for leaks... none
opened up the MC... 3/4 full
checked rotor thickness.... from what I'm hearing, they are too thin
the MC was replaced when we did the frame off, so its new.
What would cause air to get in the lines after driving? I guess it could use a bleed, but I wont be happy until I know why.
If I've got weak vacuum to the booster, could that cause the pedal to the floor problem? I would think it would be a hard pedal in this case.
thanks...
If you have rotor runout and bearing endplay you'll have brake problems and will get air pumped into the system. Did you check the runout when you installed the brakes and were the bearings worked on?
Call me and I'll go over the job with you.
