Default Spider Cracks

What do you do about spider cracks in the fiber glass? I am stripping one down now and have spider cracks in several areas do you have to fill them with something? I am going down to the original primer in these areas.

I told my wife they were "stretch marks".

She got a kick out of it.

Once you get down to the primer you should be all the way past them.

mine went right into the seal coat on the glass. i was able to use filler on them at that point but in most places I sanded them out and then primed with an polyester primer to replace the seal coat.

they in the glass or on your urethane bumpers?......

if it's on the glass, you should take it down to the gel coat....it's prolly just the paint and not the actual glass

b
