What would you do?
Here's a suggestion, you could loan it to the National Corvette Museum for all to see and appreciate.
That is a sweet ride - so sweet that you are more of a custodian than anything else - it's like your duty to protect it and keep it nice.
Do you have another Vette that you can drive and have fun with (looks like another vette fender in your picture)? At some point you may have to move on and find another good home for her.
I know some of you will cringe at this suggestion, but it would likely be a great candidate for Barret Jackson in Scottsdale.
I hope that you don't really look at it that way!If we make a mod then our cars are crap?(That covers about half of the cars on this site or better.)Maybey it was just a comeback.
I have noticed a lot slammin here for havin a modded car. It's ok,mine really was crap when I got it and I saved what was left.If they were all kept stock we would never need to have a car show we could all just visit the dealer every year. They complement each other, stocks would not be special without the customs and so on.As for your car,no doubt it's special. You just need to ask yourself what you want to do with it.We all have different opinions and it is not up to us.Most of us would never be able to justify to our wives to spend the money that it would take to get a car that nice that we could never drive.I could hear my wife now,,,um ya know.. diamonds are a good investment too..
(It's an investment for me just to buy gas to get to work)
Good luck with your decision!
