Question about engine/car...
I have a chance to grab a 94 Z28 Camaro with the LT-1 engine and auto trans for $1800. The engine needs to be rebuilt but the rest of the car is in great shape. Is it worth grabbing and yanking the engine and trans out for a future muscle car project and parting the rest of the car out? I part Trans Ams and other muscle car stuff out on ebay with my brother all the time but have never parted out any newer cars.

You are only inviting competitioin. The only barrier to entry is the experience in actually selling parts on ebay, and you have already done that. As long as you don't ship the seats and wheels to Nigeria you would have a hard time losing money!
