Look for posts from member Justforfun. He just did an '80 I think. I would guess a similar situation to yours. He has plenty of pic of the completed conversion and it looks great.

I did an 81 once that had been rolled. If you can get all the important pieces and have fiberglass skill and know how to use a sawzall, its a piece of cake. Somebody currently has an ebay auction that includes most of the needed pieces.
