deciced to do a little cleaning
steam cleaned the vette motor to see what kinda shape its in.
I went from this:
TO THIS:
interior pic;
didnt turn out as bad as I thought it would

yeah used a bit of greased lightning and a bit of paint touch up

That makes a whole lot of difference in the engine photos. The after photos look pretty good.

i pulled mine out and sent it to hongs down on the corner
and had it martinized.

It looks very nice. I've always been nervous about doing that with the old wires , etc.
