Black or chrome middle vents bezel?
On my 73, I removed the bezel that houses the middle A/C vents and the wiper switch. The black paint had some ordinary scratches and after I applied some lacquer thinner, I see that under black paint is beautiful chrome.
Two questions:
1) Did GM paint over the chrome or did Bubba?
2) Installed, does the bezel look better in chrome or painted black? I'm leaning towards chrome.
