(for this events the corvette gets PPF anyway, and it´s temporary)

Judging the public reaction it was very well received and i like it so much i think i will keep it a little longer.

I would like to place a "Bumble Bee" stripe like Charger's have it over the rear of the trunk and down the fenders, like the C3 in the picture (which is not mine). I dont want to make it black, so what about silver or white instead? My base color is War Bonnet Yellow. I think this is a difficult color to match a stripe to... What are Your color recomendations to go with WBY, other than a black one ? Thank You!

The only C3 I would be interested in buying would be an LT1 with the factory hood stripes.

Default stripes down the middle

I must have liked the idea at one time. These ran from stem to stern, out from under the chromed louvers on the hood, right over the roof panels, back down the deck, and right down to the bottom of the rear valance. The stripes were black, bordered by silver leaf, and heavily cobwebbed with bronze. Back then, I got many compliments. Today I would probly' be horse-whipped. with a really big horse. Don't have any pics of her scanned, but will get some old photos and show them should anyone express interest. Let me know

I think you are limited with War Bonnet underneath but I have seen that color with a Honey Brown stripe that looked good.. Vinyl and or Photoshop are your friends before paint!

Very nice! Same deal right here. That's me and after we collected our girlfriends we were off to somewhere or something for the entire day. We drove these cars! The tail end of Lee's '73 454 coupe is just visible in front of my car.
