Went to the Class Glass Corvette Concourse Show yesterday. It's held at the Paramus Auto Mall in Paramus NJ. This dealership is kind of special as it was once know as Malcolm Konner Chevrolet. Malcolm Konner had a real love of Corvettes....sold more than any dealer in the country and even had a special edition named after him. It was in this same dealership that I purchased my first new car....a 1968 Camaro, 327 4sp convertible (closest I could come to buying a vette back then).
So to come back to this dealership and for the 2nd year in a row win the Concourse 1968-82 category and Best In Show....well it was a real thrill and I thought I'd share.

Awesome! I wish I knew about it I would have stopped by. The PO of my car took a few trophies at Malcolm Konner in the 80's with my green 454.
Mark, funny you should ask, a little girl did come up to us and ask if she could buy our car...we told her to save her money and come back and see us in a few years...
Thanks Dennis, I'm sure we'll catch up at the Whisky Cafe
Thanks Dean...where do you get all those gifs?
MsVetteMan, myoriginal77, Thank you!!
Ed, thanks for the laugh...you can tell a good story.
jr9170 thanks and congrats on your win. Hope to see that 70 of yours at one of the shows this year.
Thanks Muddy.
danthony Thanks, I didn't realize you lived in the area. That's neat your car has a history at this show. It's been going on for an long time. This club is putting on their traditional last show of the year at the Garden State Plaza Oct 22. I don't know if you plan on going but I sure would like to check out that 72 of yours.
Does anyone remember Kathy Konner?? I used to ship Corvettes
for her to her overseas customers. We used to go every Father's
Day to Konner's for the show they had. That was alot of fun.
I actually met Zora there one time!!
