easiest way is to mark the driveshaft at the yoke with a paint pen, spin the tire one turn and count how many times the paint mark goes around.

example

3 times exact = 3.08
3 and a quarter = 3.33s
3 and a half = 3.55s
3 and 3 quarters = 3.73
almost 4 = 3.90

etc etc

the unit is on the bench.
one full turn of the drive yoke will move the 1/2 shaft yoke a little over 1/4 turn does that sound right.

in that case, pop the rear cover off and count the teeth on the ring and pinion

I counted 37 on the ring and 12 on the other.

that is a stock rear end ratio, found in automatics. I'm sure someone can track the date numbers for you to find if its numbers matching, or at least the build date, and thanks, I take pride in my bucket
