Default Custom Shifter Plates

anyone made a custom shifter plate??

I dont smoke..so dont need the ash tray, removed the heater and AC controls (car gets warm enough anyway and I can take the T-Roofs off if I need wind in my hair)
So I am thinking of doing a custom shifter plate...maybe aluminum..maybe carbon fiber.....

anyoen done something similar??

Nick

Cool..I am thinking an aluminum plate, carbon fiber inlay, then an "engine start" button in the middle with an aluminum bezel, cut out for the shifter with an aluminum bezel and then either a "missile switch" for the fan over ride or maybe a more subtle flat switch. Then airbrush the shifter pattern onto the carbon fiber.

Hmmmmmm..has got me thinking.

I'm planning on removing the ash tray and installing some kind of Ipod holder.

I bought a blank plate from volunteer vette, and had it screen printed to my specifications. The printing is not cheap, but you will have a one-of-a-kind data plate!

I was wondering the same thing, I thought maybe you owned a water jet or a CNC machine! Anyways, looks great, nice and simple. Is that the engine start button up top?
