I thought about a Pepto Bismo comercial. To each His/Her own.
Heck my brother in law had a '79 Chevy pickup that color. It was a good conversation piece at the least.

Did he have it painted that color or was it bought that way?
For Ruthie, you know the difference between RGB and CYMK mode? (Don't worry, I used to work for Polaroid electronic imaging for quite a few years. I still remember my Photoshop though).
OH!!! I converted it to CMYK so I could dump the yellow channel and turn it to PINK! I did not know that it had to be RGB.
Thanks so much, I did learn somthing today.
Ruthie
rgb = red green blue, pic made up of those primary colors by mixing them denoted by a hexadecimal numer: R=0, G=0, B=0 (#000000)= black
R=255, G=255, B=255 (#ffffff) =white
cmyk is cyan magenta yellow and kara (black) mainly used for printing (ever see the dots in a color print??) also the reason why color printers use 4 colors, it's a mixing percentage here that gives a color.
Be interesting what sidepipes would look like on that...even black ones maybe.
Now if it was a good looking woman driving that...and she said she did the resto herself...well I"d have to put a ring on that finger

I'd be interested even if she had paid for the work...
It was painted that color when he bought it. The guy he bought it from had it painted that color for a girlfriend then she dumped him.
Well, it is more expensive than a tattoo but at least it's not as permenent. Besides...some redneck girl somewhere is probably posting wanted adds for a truck just like that...
Now my 78 is not pink, its pearl white, but couple of weekends ago my daughter and I were out cruising and we past by a group of about 5 little girls all about 4 to 6 years old. We heard the one with the biggest smile say, " Look Mommy, it's a Barbie Car ! "
Put a smile on our faces, got to love kids, they have such good taste
in cars.
