This is the heart of the problem. I am sure you guys can figure this out. I can refix the file and repost in a 'format' that people will be able to see - but that's no fun.

OK, no more fun for me. Here is the 'good' one.
For Ruthie, you know the difference between RGB and CYMK mode? (Don't worry, I used to work for Polaroid electronic imaging for quite a few years. I still remember my Photoshop though).
