Can anyone help me ? this is my other time consuming hobby,
i collect very old beer cans ( see attatched photos ) i have over 12,000 cans no duplicates. Prefer cans that are not too beat up, needed a can opener to open or a twist cap. Please check your barns, attics, old walls / under floors, when doing a new contruction project.
I know this is not really corvette related but i'm reaching out to all my fellow corvette buddies & beer drinkers around the country for assistance, now you know the truth ..............I'M CAR & BEER CRAZY !!!

Beer can collecting was really popular when I was a kid back in the 70s in Ohio. I used to collect em' up, bring 'em home and sell them to all the neighborhood kids - made lot's of money (at least I thought it was a lot when I was in my early teens) 
I still can't believe my Dad used to let me bring all those stinky beer cans home from our driving vacations out west. He also put up with drinking some pretty strange brews (opened from the bottom of the cans of course) just to keep me in good trading stock

the stories are all too familiar : started collecting at 12 now 30 years later i'm drinking most myself, poor dad did drink lots of nasty skunk to help me out............RIP I LOVE YA DAD !!! 6/25/05

Beer is just something to drink for me these days. All of my wife's stuff became 'our' stuff, all of my stuff became trash (except for my vinyl records which I still listen to
) - exotic beverage containers (including the beer ones) gone some 19 years now....

appreciate the offer but i'm seeking older pre 1950's cans only seeking ones with a cone top / twist off cap or ones that needed a "CAN OPENER" only.....
