Durring our restore (72 LT-1), I went ahead and re-zeroed the odometer. As of June 06 to last weekend... Oct.06, we have somehow managed over 5K.
The digit 5 arose coming back from Discovery Bay WSCC (Western States Corvette Council), corvette show. Nice show, and great enthusiast

Nice work on the spedo but I believe that is no legal. The best thing is if the cops pull you over just ask him if he wants one of your beers Some how he will forget about the spedo.

MuddyI'm batman: Yes, I have quite the log book running... logged the restore, tons of pic's, to even conversations I had with the previous owner of 14 years. The odometer read (when I bought it) 33K. I took a pic of it at that reading...so she has a total of 138K
Needless to say, sure wish I got a running log when I bought her .Scotty:

Muddy, your title "5K" made me think price. I thought you bought another project or lost your mind and decided to sell out cheap. I could probably be there tonight with cash in hand to take your car off your hands for that price.
