Those casting numbers are not the numbers you need. The "149" end cap was used from 68 on up for MANY GM applications. Look for the machined boss on the aluminum pump housing rib. It will have a small number stamped on it with a julian date code, plant code and shift information.
Did this pump come off your car? Be aware that even pumps that have that casting number could have come from a Cadilac and will not fit a Vette. The housings were machined differently depending on original application.
