Any Ideas...

I just spoke with a guy that wants to buy my motor that I took out of my 81. Its an original 350, 190 Hp with 145,000 miles on it. the motor is complete. It smokes a little but he does not care. What is a fair price?
I'm getting a new crate motor and I want to use the money to help pay for the new motor. I don't care about keeping the motor for future sale of car. Thanks.

About $250 is a fair price for a beat L48 a few dollars more for an L82

it's an L81 being from an 81 vette... the engine itself may not be worth much but the accessory stuff that's one year only will be.
