Here's a pic of my cat Missile. She's adorable huh? I can relate this to Corvettes because I have caught her climbing all over and around it when she snuck out into the garage, and also I know that another forum member has a cat that looks just like her. She's really still a kitten being that she's not even 6 months old, and yes she still chases her tail. She can whoop my girlfriend's 30 pound dog though...and without front claws.
Our cat got into the garage the other night by mistake. I went out and checked for claw marks. She has all of hers. Fortunatly no scratches. She is only a 9 pound little ball of fur full grown. We had an 18 pound beast before her. He was a handful with no front claws! Strong sucker
Here is the little bugger in her normal position. Her best toy beside her. Blue yarn with a pipe cleaner attached to it.
Meet "Shadow"....outdoor cat...just shows up for chow twice a day...had this cat 5 years.. kills birds, gophers, mice and recently a rattlesnake...a real bad azz...
The Bug just looks out the garage door (and if she thinks she's not getting enough attention, she sits on the steps by the door and attacks my arm as I walk through.
The Bug and my elderly cat Smokey in a rare friendly moment:
The old cat used to be a semi-outdoor cat, but she hasn't been outside in six years and is perfectly happy.
No more cats for me.
No bad experiences ... just too much trouble and too many animals as it is.
I once had a cat named Dude. He could stand in front of a full sized
refrigerator and jump right on top (and he did). That was B4 digicams,
so no pics handy. He also loved cruising. If you parked your car in the
driveway and left the door opened, you would have a passenger.
He loved to ride sitting on your shoulder (no quick stops).
No, he was not a siamese like Bob Dylan sings of.
He didn't waste his time on rodents and snakes ... he caught birds !!
He would sit in the open window and (no kidding) do bird calls.
It sounded SO real.
I live in a rural area and have acquired a lot of cats, which we neuter and spay. Both vettes are covered with multiple layers of car covers etc. to keep from being scratched. Still, one cat, Jacob, the other day jumped up on the door (window was down) and left a nice 2 inch long scratch for me to work with. Needless to say, I was not pleased and he found out too.
Yes, they're a PIA, but that comes with the territory. Here's a few of em, no pic of Jacob.
Has anyone ever noticed that cats are just about the most photogenic creatures on this planet? Seriously...cats are a good photographer's dream subject. Aside from moving around a lot...they are so easy to get the best pictures from.

I have 3 cats, 2 of which just sleep all day. The third cat I have is a 2 year old 23 pound orange tabby male. Most people have a garage dog that hangs out with them, well we have a garage kitty.
Mr. G as he is called loves to be in the garage with us and will make it a point to hang out and lounge and watch the project of the day. He often gets up and '"inspects" our work and the car and then looks up at you with his "approval" before laying back down.
