Default Thought my Light problems were about over

However, the other day when I was checking out the operation of all my [exterior] lights, I discovered that when the park lights are on, the rear and rear markers are on and the headlights are on (although still tucked away). The turn signals work fine front and back. Brake lights work find also. All bulbs have been replaced, and fuses, and have new headlight switch. Has anyone else had a similiar problem that they have solved?

so your saying the headlights come on when the switch is pulled out to the first position? That should be park and runnibg lights and no headlights, check out the headlight switch

This all happens when the **** is pulled to the first position; but it's a new switch, only could hook up electrically one single way. The headlights pull up and are on as they should be when the **** is pulled all the way back. Looks like the only time there is any activity with the front turn/marker lights is when using the turn signal. Well, I have that at least. I will have to start learning this electrical, as much as I hate too.

I'm thinking that the wiring at the front of the car for the headlights, and parkinglight is incorrect. I think that the headlights are wired into the parking light circut. You might want to check your wire diagrams.
