Default Are these Original??

I don't believe I have seen these on the doorjamb area. Did the factory put these on the '69's?

'67 cars. None on the '68 or '69.

Member 427-390 is correct: 1967 Chevrolets, including the 67 corvette. NOT 68 or 69.

I worked for GM for many years, and I remember the "Mark of Excellence" era. I believe that it was the early 70's when this went around, and...yes...some GM cars did have these placed on the rear jamb surface of the door. I bought a new '72 Olds which had them. I also had a '68 Chevelle SS which did not have them. At times, this sticker was an embarrassment as disgruntled line workers would install them upside down just to "tweak" the establishment. (As you older forum members recall, this was a sign of the times in the early 70's.)

Had a friend buy a new GM luxury car during that time, it had a rattle that drove them nuts. Took the dealership 6 months to find a metal can in the frame with BB's in it that said "How long did it take you to find this, you rich B--ch."

Have them on my 67 gto. I know 67 gtos are suppose to have them. So I have to agree that it must be a 67 thing.
