XFIRE Backfire
My 82 is acting up; when I go to romp on it, it sputters and backfires.. It has 80K original miles and I never have taken apart the TBIs. What should I be doing to fix the problem?

I had a similar problem with mine & solved it (temporarly) with a can of injector cleaner. I eventually ended up replaced both inj's & it is running better than it ever did.
Oh, You might also want to check the ignition bits too, cap cables etc.

You may already be aware of it but the crossfire vault forum has a lot of very experienced guys with lots of knowhow on the ins and outs of the crossfire injection
