how do you like a touch of black among chrome bits and polished alu?



apart engine bay, i'm changing the color scheme of my '77 as well, from red with white hood/tops and wheels to matte black instead...

yes, matte black on hood (with a new sting ray scoop)/t-tops/minilite wheels. also interior will be all black (with red sparco's) and rest of the paint scheme same maroon red as now...

Looks very good to me but if you are not using a heater it'd look better without that hose,,, get a coupla plugs to block off the holes, Peace,,,Moosie

the whole heater sistem has been dumped sometime ago, the braided hose you see there was a 'temporary' (at that time) trick...you're right, it'd look a cleaner job as you advice with plugs to tap the holes, i've found them here...

If blocking off heater line, make sure your bypass in the water pump works or you have bypass holes in the thermostat.
