Heater Core
I have a 76 can the heater core be taken out from the inside or do i have to losen the outside up also. I have the whole interior out plus the dash. Its loose inside but will not come out i also have a/c. Got a Chilton book but really no help.

take outside piece off, you'll need to put it on ramps, if yours is like mine exterior bolts are simple, the interior is the worst part, their should be bolts on top side and a few underneath, the core nipples will be sticking out the bottom a coupla inches. i wanna say there was a strap around one of my core nipples or maybe both but i don't really remember now
