Default My first manual corvette!!

Sold my 75 a couple of months ago.
Sent the 82 away to have the ls1 engine and new gearbox fitted.
So i needed a new daily driver, and look at what i have just bought.
A 78sa in pearl white, the 16th corvette i have owned over the years but the first one ever, to have a manual box and boy is it fun to drive.

Dang that is a good looking daily driver! And here I thought vettes were as rare as hens teeth in the UK and you just go out and pick one up like there is one on every street corner!
I too have had mostly automatics until I bought a 1960 4sp....followed by a 5sp DeLorean and a 4sp 1966 vert. Yeah, it is more fun than I thought it would be to row the gears! Congrats on the nice ride(s).

Manual tranny is the only way to go! From one 79 owner to another, enjoy. It's a fun car.

I didn't know they made Vettes in automatics, I thought that was only for Cadillacs and Oldsmobiles. I only considered 4 spds when I bought mine.
