i have a 77 with a 74 hood and cowl working setup with a 80,s air cleaner dual snok base and the over the radiator intake and the 74 top and seal....it looks like the car looking like it came that way.(in other words its not a "hot rod" look) if thats what u want...i kinda wanted a semi stock look..i also think the cowl induction was a very good set up....untill the fed got incolved.....also there is so much heat under the hood of our vetts that i think it fresh air is good....

We all know about the 82 aircleaner.It is a ram air set up with a flapper door connected to a seloniod so when you floor it it opens and you get 100 hp extra

73-75 Cowl setup is the best setup for cold air..after you remove the flap mechanism so that it is always open. Cold air in the top and forced out the snorkels which also help cool the engine compartment.
