Engine block code question - Can't find link
Sorry guys. Yet another block decode question. I searched but couldn't find the site links that I used before.
here are the block codes:
GM 23 3970010 (350, 68-86, I think)
010 AND 020 on the back of the block (? I know what ONE of these would mean under the timing cover, but both?)
front pad number : V07030NR
I know the V is Flint but can't find the "NR". Also, is it 0NR or ONR? (zero vs oh?)

Small block casting date is located on driver side rear of block on flange forward of bellhousing.
Month: A = Jan, B = Feb, C = Mar, D = Apr, E = May, F = Jun, G = July, H = Aug, I = Sep, J = Oct, K = Nov, L = Dec
39700010 = 1969 - 1980
Could it be a C not a O
