68 wheel backspacing

68 wheel backspacing
Is the wheel backspacing at 4 1/2 on my 68? I would like to get original Torq Thrust but heard they do not come with the correct backspacing. Anybody know for sure?
Also could you run wheel spacer without rubbing on the outer edge?
I'd als be in the market for used ones with the correct backspacing.
