C3 logo - electronic version?

C3 logo - electronic version?
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone had the crossed flags logo in an electronic version, maybe photochop or corel perhaps? Not just a picture or close up, but a in a file format I could manipulate color, texture, etc. I'd like to make a small plaque and am able to print, mount, laminate, etc - instead of trying to take a picture and worry about lighting, blah blah blah.
Or at least point me in the right direction?
