Contact any of the C3 parts suppliers.I got a LECTRIC LTD whole car schematic for about 13 bucks,its laminated and has every circuit in the car from front to rear (left to right)on the schematic

The ground for the blower motor is a wire going to a right-angle lug which is just mounted under one of the blower mounting screws. Corrosion, etc. can cause that ground to go bad. Try scraping a bit of black paint off the blower mounting plate and running a separate ground wire from the engine block (or other grounded metal). Turn the ignition key to "on" and the blower motor on then make the ground with the jumper wire to see if the blower runs. Otherwise, it's a fuse, the blower motor relay, or a power wire problem.
