Let me know if that is the style you want and I can make a set with a different radios for you. As they are they fit 3.5 to 4 inch just fine but 5 inch the top and bottom might touch the pipe. Now if they do touch I really don't know if that will effect the cooling properties.

I just finished the drawing and the shields will fit based on the measurements you show on your website for where the clamps are. Where the shields will attach is 4" dia but the mufflers that I have are just under 5" in dia. The 38" length is fine. I'll email you a .png file with the dims so you can see.

I think I can get away with your stock pieces. th only change MIGHT be where your mounting brackets stand off form the shields (to space the shield away from the pipe) might need to be a little taller. I can cut them and tig in 1/4" more material away from the shield so as not to discolor the stainless...

Chevrolet Bowtie for me...

Hi *****
I think if you use a spacer where they attach they will fit fine. I guess you could tack the spacers to the tabs so any tig heat will only effect the tabs. But you may just clamp the spacers in place. The stainless clamps provided are for up to 5 inches so you might have to find bigger stainless clamps. But I agree they will look bitching on your Vette.

I think I'm good. I sent you the detail drawing. Where the shields attach the pipes are 4" dia...

Are you accepting orders for the new designs now?

They're ok 'cause they're polished stainless.. I'll have NO CHROME on my car

Good question I did look at that but the ones on the market are quite good and with so much tooling involved the costs will be about the same as what is already there.
