Default How Should I Proceed?

My friend told me today about a 1970 LT1 for sale that supposedly is matching #'s and in good running condition. Price? $22,000.

In good running condition could mean anything....for 22k, I would expect it to need lots of work.

Check it out, can't hurt if your looking for a numbers matching LT1.

Call up your local NCRS chapter and see if you can get a qualified person to help you look at the car. There is "numbers matching" and then there is "original equipment". You need an expert to tell the difference and that difference is expensive. Don't take a chance of being a "sucker". I hope that it is real and that you get it...but I also Don't want you to get burned.
